Instructions for use<\/p>

International name: Memorin (Memorin)<\/p>

Dosage form: Capsules<\/p>

Composition:<\/strong> Dry extract of Ginkgo biloba leaves \u2013 80 mg (with 24% flavone glycosides).
Excipients:<\/strong> Magnesium carbonate, lactose, povidone, Aerosil.
Pharmacotherapeutic group:<\/strong> Angioprotective medicinal product of plant origin.
Clinical-pharmacological group:<\/strong> Medicinal product for improving cerebral and peripheral blood circulation.<\/p>

**Pharmacological Action**\n\n\u201cMemorin\u201d is a medicinal product of herbal origin. The active constituents of the extract\u2014flavonoid glycosides and terpene lactones (ginkgolides and bilobalide)\u2014regulate cellular metabolism, improve blood rheological parameters, and enhance microcirculation.\n\nThe medicinal product exerts an antihypoxic effect on tissues, enhancing the supply of oxygen and glucose to the brain and peripheral tissues. It improves cerebral blood circulation and exhibits cerebroprotective activity. It also contributes to a reduction in vascular wall permeability, thereby exerting an anti-edematous effect in the brain and peripheral tissues, and inhibits platelet aggregation.<\/p>

Indications:<\/p>

Used as an adjunct in combination therapy.
Dyscirculatory encephalopathy of various etiologies (stroke, traumatic brain injury, advanced age).<\/p>

Contraindications:<\/p>

Reduced blood clotting ability; gastric and duodenal ulcer; erosive gastritis; acute circulatory disorders in the brain; acute myocardial infarction; arterial hypotension; age under 18 years; hypersensitivity to the components of the drug; pregnancy and lactation.<\/p>

Special instructions:<\/p>

Alcohol consumption is not recommended while taking the medication.
Use of the medication during pregnancy and lactation is not recommended, although no adverse effects on the fetus have been established.<\/p>

Side effects:<\/p>

**Adverse Reactions**\n\nIn rare cases, allergic reactions (skin rash), dyspepsia, headache, and decreased blood coagulability may occur.\n\n**Method of Administration and Dosage**\n\nFor oral administration. The capsules should be taken with water.\n\nThe recommended dose is **1 capsule twice daily**.\n\nClinical improvement is observed after approximately one month of treatment. The duration of treatment should be **at least 3 months**.\n\nIf necessary, a repeated course of treatment may be administered following consultation with a physician.<\/p>

Overdose:<\/p>

No cases of overdose have been reported.
Interaction with other medicinal products: Concomitant use of \"Memorin\" with acetylsalicylic acid or anticoagulants is not recommended.
Effects on the ability to drive and use machines: The drug does not affect the ability to drive or operate machinery.<\/p>
