EUCALYPTUS + C<\/p>

Dosage form:<\/b> Lozenges.<\/p>\n\n

Pharmacotherapeutic group:<\/b> Local anti-inflammatory and antiseptic agent.<\/p>\n\n

Pharmacological properties:<\/b> The preparation possesses anti-inflammatory, bactericidal, and expectorant effects. It is active against Gram-positive and Gram-negative microorganisms.<\/p>\n\n

The pharmacological action is determined by a complex of biologically active substances: essential oils (containing 80% cineole), tannins, and organic acids.<\/p>\n\n

Composition:<\/b>
\nActive substances:<\/b> Eucalyptus oil \u2013 6 mg; Menthol \u2013 5 mg; Ascorbic acid \u2013 20 mg.
\nExcipients:<\/b> Isomalt; Gum arabic.<\/p>\n\n

Indications:<\/b> Used in complex therapy as an adjuvant treatment for:<\/p>\n\n

    \n
  • Inflammatory diseases of the oral cavity (gingivitis, stomatitis, etc.);<\/li>\n
  • Inflammatory diseases of the upper respiratory tract (laryngitis, tracheitis, pharyngitis, tonsillitis, bronchitis, etc.).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

    Contraindications:<\/b> Individual hypersensitivity to any component of the preparation.<\/p>\n\n

    Side effects:<\/b> None reported.<\/p>\n\n

    Dosage and administration:<\/b> Lozenges should be dissolved slowly in the mouth.<\/p>\n\n

    • Adults and children over 12 years of age:<\/b> 1 lozenge every 2\u20133 hours (maximum 6\u20138 lozenges per day).<\/li>\n
    • Children aged 5 to 12 years:<\/b> 1 lozenge 3\u20134 times daily (maximum 4 lozenges per day).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

      The duration of treatment should not exceed 5 days.<\/p>\n\n

      Overdose:<\/b> No cases of overdose have been reported.<\/p>\n\n

      Pregnancy and lactation:<\/b> Use during pregnancy and lactation is permitted upon medical recommendation.<\/p>\n\n

      Drug interactions:<\/b> Has not been studied.<\/p>\n\n

      Effects on ability to drive and use machines:<\/b> The preparation does not affect the ability to drive or operate machinery.<\/p>\n\n

      Packaging:<\/b> 6 lozenges per blister. 2 blisters placed in a cardboard box together with the instruction leaflet.<\/p>\n\n

      Storage conditions:<\/b> Store in a dry place, protected from light, at a temperature not exceeding 25\u00b0C.<\/p>\n\n

      Prescription status:<\/b> Group III pharmaceutical product, non-prescription (OTC).<\/p>\n\n

      Shelf life:<\/b> 3 years.
      \nThe preparation must not be used after the expiry date or if defects are detected upon visual inspection.<\/p>\n\n
