Composition per 20 mL:<\/strong> Propolis \u2013 6.0 g; 80% ethyl alcohol \u2013 up to 20 mL.

\n\nPharmacological action:<\/strong> Antimicrobial, antifungal, antiviral, anti-inflammatory, analgesic and wound-healing agent.

\n\nIndications:<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Superficial lesions of the skin and mucous membranes;
\n\u2022 Furunculosis, purulent skin diseases;
\n\u2022 Mycosis;
\n\u2022 Pharyngitis, tonsillitis, sinusitis, periodontosis, bronchitis;
\n\u2022 Gastric and duodenal ulcers, cholecystitis;
\n\u2022 Prostatitis.

\n\nContraindications:<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Individual intolerance to bee products;
\n\u2022 Acute eczema.

\n\nMethod of administration and dosage:<\/strong>
\nIn case of superficial skin lesions: apply a swab moistened with propolis extract to the wound 1\u20133 times daily.
\n\nIn case of fungal skin diseases: treat the affected area twice daily with a gauze swab moistened with the extract diluted 1:10.
\n\nIn chronic pharyngitis and tonsillitis: apply propolis extract to the tonsils 1\u20132 times daily for 8\u201315 days.
\n\nIn chronic tonsillitis: use the extract as an aqueous solution (diluted 1:20) for inhalation \u2013 1\u20132 inhalations daily for 7\u201310 days.
\n\nIn sinusitis: irrigate the sinuses twice daily for 14 days (propolis extract diluted 1:10 with isotonic sodium chloride solution).
\n\nIn furunculosis: treat the affected area with a gauze swab moistened with the extract diluted 1:10.
\n\nIn periodontosis: following deep curettage, introduce propolis extract into the periodontal pockets for 5 minutes.
\n\nIn case of superficial wounds of the oral mucosa: use propolis extract (15 drops in half a glass of warm water) as a mouth rinse 4\u20135 times daily for 3\u20134 days.
\n\nIn bronchitis, gastric and duodenal ulcers, cholecystitis, cystitis and prostatitis: take 15\u201320 drops of the extract diluted in 30\u201340 mL of warm water 2\u20133 times daily, 20 minutes before meals.

\n\nSide effects:<\/strong> Use of the alcoholic extract of propolis may cause itching, skin redness and rash. In such cases, treatment should be discontinued.
\n\nOverdose:<\/strong> No cases of overdose have been reported.
\n\nSpecial precautions:<\/strong> In case of an allergic reaction, discontinue use of the medicinal product and consult a physician or pharmacist.
\n\nInteraction with other medicinal products:<\/strong> Not studied.
\n\nPregnancy and lactation:<\/strong> The medicinal product may be used during pregnancy and lactation as prescribed by a physician.
\n\nEffects on the ability to drive and operate machinery:<\/strong> Use of the medicinal product does not affect the ability to drive vehicles or operate machinery.
\n\nPresentation:<\/strong> 20 mL in an orange glass or polymer bottle. The bottle is labelled and placed in a cardboard box.

\n\nDispensing conditions:<\/strong> Pharmaceutical Product Group III \u2013 may be used without a prescription.
