Dosage form:<\/strong> Juice.

Composition:<\/strong>
Dry aloe extract \u2013 0.7 g\/50 mL, 96% ethyl alcohol, sorbic acid, purified water.

Contains a complex of biologically active substances:<\/strong> enzymes, vitamins, anthraglycosides, free anthraquinones emodin and chrysophanol, trace elements, and polysaccharides.

Description:<\/strong> Light brown liquid with a bitter taste and characteristic odor. It darkens under the influence of air and light. Formation of sediment during storage is permitted.

Pharmacological action:<\/strong>
Aloe juice improves appetite and enhances the secretion of the gastrointestinal glands. The anthraglycoside aloin, free anthraquinones emodin and chrysophanol, and resins stimulate chemoreceptors in the large intestine, resulting in the laxative effect of the medicinal product.
Aloe possesses anti-inflammatory activity and enhances regenerative processes in the skin and mucous membranes.
Aloe juice exerts bactericidal activity against cocci, intestinal pathogens, and the causative agent of diphtheria. The polysaccharides contained in aloe, in combination with trace elements such as zinc, selenium, and copper, contribute to the immunomodulatory activity of the medicinal product.

Indications:<\/strong>
\u2022 Chronic hypoacidic gastritis, enterocolitis, chronic constipation, loss of appetite;
\u2022 Decreased resistance of the body to infectious diseases;
\u2022 Acute rhinitis;
\u2022 Ulcerative stomatitis;
\u2022 Purulent wounds, burns, trophic ulcers, furunculosis, dermatitis, cutaneous tuberculosis, radiation-induced skin disorders;
\u2022 Cervical erosions, colpitis.

Contraindications:<\/strong>
\u2022 Hemorrhagic bleeding, metrorrhagia (due to increased blood flow to the abdominal organs);
\u2022 Liver cirrhosis, chronic pancreatitis, appendicitis, Crohn\u2019s disease, ulcerative enterocolitis;
\u2022 Diffuse glomerulonephritis;
\u2022 Allergic reactions;
\u2022 Pregnancy;

Side effects:<\/strong>
\u2022 Prolonged use and administration of high doses for laxative purposes may cause inhibition of large-intestinal peristalsis due to irritation of the mucous membrane;
\u2022 Allergic reactions;
\u2022 Increased uterine tone during pregnancy;

Method of administration and dosage:<\/strong>
For oral administration: 1\u20132 teaspoons 2\u20133 times daily, 20\u201330 minutes before meals. Duration of treatment: 15\u201330 days.
As nasal drops: 5\u20138 drops into each nostril 2\u20133 times daily.
For external use, apply in the form of dressings.
In gynecological practice \u2013 administered in the form of tampons.

Interaction with other medicinal products:<\/strong>
Prolonged use of the medicinal product may cause potassium depletion and enhance the effects of cardiac glycosides and antiarrhythmic medicinal products.
Concomitant use with thiazide diuretics, licorice preparations, and corticosteroids increases the risk of developing potassium deficiency.
Aloe enhances the effects of laxative medicinal products.

Overdose:<\/strong> Overdose may result in an intensification of adverse effects. Treatment is symptomatic.

Use during pregnancy and lactation:<\/strong>
Use of the medicinal product is not recommended during pregnancy and lactation.

Effects on the ability to drive and operate machinery:<\/strong> No effect.

Presentation:<\/strong>
50 mL in glass or polymer bottles with a polyethylene stopper and screw cap.

Shelf life:<\/strong> 2 years.

Do not use the medicinal product after the expiry date or if any defects are observed upon visual inspection.
