Ingredients: 

Composition:
Active substances: Glucosamine hydrochloride – 200 mg; Marsh Cinquefoil (Comarum palustre L.) dry extract – 144 mg; Burdock (Arctium lappa L.) dry extract – 48 mg; Blackcurrant (Ribes nigrum L.) dry extract – 48 mg.
Excipients: Basic magnesium carbonate.

Brief overview: Glucosamine hydrochloride is a dietary supplement developed to support the preservation of joint connective tissues and to promote the body's natural restorative processes. It helps alleviate joint discomfort following strenuous exercise, supports the maintenance of cartilage tissue and synovial fluid, and slows the progression of degenerative processes in the joints. Glucosamine is obtained through the hydrolysis of crustacean exoskeletons or via the fermentation of grains such as corn or wheat.

Marsh Cinquefoil (Comarum palustre L.) rhizome extract has been utilized in Eastern European folk medicine for centuries to relieve symptoms associated with joint disorders (arthritis, arthrosis, rheumatism).

Burdock (Arctium lappa L.) root decoction and extract are used as an auxiliary treatment for gout, rheumatism, and other joint conditions to promote the elimination of uric acid salts from the body.

Blackcurrant (Ribes nigrum L.) ripe berries are used fresh, dried, or frozen, as well as processed into juice, syrup, jam, and extracts; oil derived from the seeds is also utilized in pharmaceutical production.
Leaf extract: Used as a diaphoretic and diuretic agent for mild edema and urinary tract inflammation; it aids in the clearance of purines (uric acid salts) from the body.
In traditional medicine, blackcurrant leaf tea has been used to treat rheumatism and gout.

Indications: Used in complex therapy as an adjuvant treatment.

It improves the general physiological condition of the musculoskeletal system.

Contraindication:

Hypersensitivity to glucosamine hydrochloride or individual intolerance to other components of the preparation; pregnancy, lactation, and age under 12 years.

Administration and dosage:

Taken orally.
For adults and children over 12 years of age: 1 capsule 2–3 times daily after meals. Duration of treatment: 25–30 days.
A pronounced effect is achieved only upon completion of the course of treatment. 

Side effects:

Mild sensation of nausea, diarrhea, constipation, abdominal bloating, allergic reactions.

Overdose:

No cases of overdose have been reported.

Special instructions:

At the start of treatment, it is advisable for patients with diabetes mellitus to have their blood sugar levels measured and subsequently monitored.
Caution should be exercised when prescribing the drug to patients taking warfarin or other anticoagulants, as well as to patients with a predisposition to bleeding.
 
Interactions with other medicinal products:

It improves the absorption of tetracycline, reduces the effect of penicillins and chloramphenicol, and enhances the effect of anticoagulants (e.g., warfarin).

Effect on the ability to drive vehicles and operate machinery: Not studied.

Presentation: 10 capsules per blister. 3 blisters are contained in a cardboard box.

Dispensing rule: Pharmaceutical product Group III; dispensed without a prescription.  
 
Shelf life: 3 years.

Storage conditions: Store at a temperature not exceeding 25°C, protected from light and out of the reach of children. Do not use the product after the expiry date.
