Dosage form: Lozenges.

Pharmacotherapeutic group: Local anti-inflammatory and antiseptic agent.

Pharmacological properties: The preparation possesses anti-inflammatory, bactericidal, and expectorant effects. It is active against Gram-positive and Gram-negative microorganisms.

The pharmacological action is determined by a complex of biologically active substances: essential oils (containing 80% cineole), tannins, and organic acids.

Composition:
Active substances: Eucalyptus oil – 6 mg; Menthol – 5 mg; Ascorbic acid – 20 mg.
Excipients: Isomalt; Gum arabic.

Indications: Used in complex therapy as an adjuvant treatment for:

• Inflammatory diseases of the oral cavity (gingivitis, stomatitis, etc.);
• Inflammatory diseases of the upper respiratory tract (laryngitis, tracheitis, pharyngitis, tonsillitis, bronchitis, etc.).

Contraindications: Individual hypersensitivity to any component of the preparation.

Side effects: None reported.

Dosage and administration: Lozenges should be dissolved slowly in the mouth.

• Adults and children over 12 years of age: 1 lozenge every 2–3 hours (maximum 6–8 lozenges per day).
• Children aged 5 to 12 years: 1 lozenge 3–4 times daily (maximum 4 lozenges per day).

The duration of treatment should not exceed 5 days.

Overdose: No cases of overdose have been reported.

Pregnancy and lactation: Use during pregnancy and lactation is permitted upon medical recommendation.

Drug interactions: Has not been studied.

Effects on ability to drive and use machines: The preparation does not affect the ability to drive or operate machinery.

Packaging: 6 lozenges per blister. 2 blisters placed in a cardboard box together with the instruction leaflet.

Storage conditions: Store in a dry place, protected from light, at a temperature not exceeding 25°C.

Prescription status: Group III pharmaceutical product, non-prescription (OTC).

Shelf life: 3 years.
The preparation must not be used after the expiry date or if defects are detected upon visual inspection.
