Neoimmune 100ml Syrup

Dosage form: Syrup.

Pharmacotherapeutic group: General tonic agent.

Composition (per 100 ml):
Active substances: St. John's Wort herb (Hypericum perforatum) – 11.2 g, Senna leaves (Cassia acutifolia) – 7.4 g, Rosehip fruits (Rosa cinnamomea) – 7.4 g, Red Beet roots (Beta vulgaris) – 11.2 g.
Excipients: Sugar, lemon oil, glycerin, propylene glycol, potassium sorbate, water.

Neoimmune syrup contains a complex of biologically active substances: Anthracene derivatives (hypericin, pseudohypericin, gluco-aloe-emodin, glucorein), flavonoids (hyperoside, quercetin, rutin, isorhamnetin, kaempferol), vitamins (C, B1, B2, P, PP, K, E), carotenoids, mineral salts, organic acids (citric, malic), fatty oils, and pectin substances.

Pharmacological action: Experimental and clinical studies have established that the preparation possesses immunostimulatory action, enhancing the generation of antibody-producing cells and antibody production. It exhibits immunocorrective properties across various models of immunosuppression, including so-called "ecological immunodeficiency," making its use as an immunomodulator advisable in diseases accompanied by reduced humoral immunity.

Indications: Used in complex therapy as an adjuvant treatment for:

• Acute and chronic infectious diseases (influenza, pneumonia, hepatitis, cholecystitis, etc.);
• Postoperative period;
• Prolonged physical and mental fatigue;
• Exhaustion associated with insomnia and psycho-emotional stress;
• Exposure to adverse environmental factors;
• General weakness and malaise.

Contraindications: Hypersensitivity to any component of the preparation.

Dosage and administration: Administered orally after meals. The syrup may be diluted in a small amount of water.

• Adults: 5–10 ml syrup (1–2 teaspoons) 3 times daily.
• Children aged 1 to 3 years: 2.5 ml syrup (1/2 teaspoon) once daily.
• Children aged 3 to 6 years: 5 ml syrup (1 teaspoon) once daily or 2.5 ml syrup (1/2 teaspoon) twice daily.
• Children aged 6 to 10 years: 5 ml syrup (1 teaspoon) twice daily.
• Children aged 10 to 14 years: 5 ml syrup (1 teaspoon) 3 times daily.

The duration of the treatment course is 1 month. If necessary, a repeated course may be administered following a 2-week break.
In case of a missed dose, the subsequent dose should be taken according to the original schedule.

Side effects: Prolonged use may cause an increase in blood pressure.

Pregnancy and lactation: Has not been studied.

Drug interactions: Has no effect.

Effects on ability to drive and use machines: Has no effect.

Overdose: No cases of overdose have been reported.

Packaging:
Primary packaging: 100 ml syrup in a dark orange polymer bottle.
Secondary packaging: 1 bottle in a cardboard box together with the instruction leaflet.

Shelf life: 2 years.
The preparation must not be used after the expiry date or if defects are detected upon visual inspection.

Prescription status: Group III pharmaceutical product, non-prescription (OTC).

Storage conditions: Store at a temperature of 15–25°C, protected from light, and out of reach of children.
