Calendula Tincture 50ml

Ingredients: g/1000 ml;                  

Calendula flowers – 100 g,

Ethyl alcohol 70% – q.s. to obtain 1 L of tincture.
Pharmacological action: The medicinal product has antiseptic, anti-inflammatory, wound-healing and choleretic properties.
Indications:
• Infected wounds;
• Burns;
• Diseases of the oral cavity and gums;
• Inflammatory diseases of the upper respiratory tract;
• Cholecystitis.
Contraindications: Hypersensitivity to any of the components of the medicinal product.
Side effects: Allergic reactions may occur.
Overdose: No cases have been reported.
Method of administration and dosage: For rinsing the oral cavity and throat: 1 teaspoonful of the tincture is diluted in one cup of water;
For external use: In the form of dressings – 1 teaspoonful of the tincture is diluted in one cup of water;
For oral administration (as a choleretic agent): 10–20 drops are diluted in a small amount of water and taken 2–3 times daily.
Children: May be administered under medical supervision.
Interaction with other medicinal products: The medicinal product enhances the effects of other anti-inflammatory and choleretic agents, particularly those containing lily of the valley and immortelle.
Pregnancy and lactation: May be used under strict medical supervision.
Presentation: 25 mL and 50 mL of tincture in dark orange polyethylene bottles.
Effects on the ability to drive and operate machinery: The medicinal product does not affect the ability to drive vehicles or operate machinery.
Shelf life: 4 years.
The medicinal product must not be used after the expiry date or if any defects are detected during visual inspection.
Storage conditions: Store at room temperature, protected from light and out of the reach of children.
Dispensing conditions: Pharmaceutical Product Group III; available without a prescription.
