Choleretic agent.

**Dosage form:** Capsules. **Description:** White hard gelatin capsules containing brown-colored granules. **Pharmacotherapeutic group:** Choleretic agent. **Composition per capsule:** Immortelle flower extract – 0.3 g; peppermint oil – 0.001 g; dry rosehip fruit extract – 0.099 g. **The preparation contains a complex of biologically active substances:** Essential oils, flavonoids (naringenin, apigenin, quercetin, rutin, kaempferol), tannins, vitamins (K, C, P and B-group vitamins), and trace elements. **Pharmacological action:** The preparation has choleretic, antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory effects. It improves bile secretion, reduces the concentration of bile acids and increases bilirubin concentration in bile, stimulates the secretion of digestive glands, relieves spasms of the smooth muscles of the intestines, bile ducts, gallbladder and blood vessel walls, reduces dyspeptic symptoms, regulates redox processes and carbohydrate metabolism, reduces capillary permeability and fragility, and increases the body's resistance to harmful endogenous and exogenous factors.

Indications:
• Cholecystitis, cholangitis;
• Biliary dyskinesia;
• Hepatitis;
• Gastrointestinal tract dysfunction;

Contraindications: Hypersensitivity to the components of the preparation; arterial hypertension; biliary tract obstruction, obstructive jaundice, acute liver failure.
Side effects: Allergic reactions may occur.
If side effects occur, the patient should discontinue treatment and consult a doctor or pharmacist.
Method of administration and dosage:

Adults: 1–2 capsules 3 times daily, half an hour before meals.
Children: Ages 10 to 14: 1 capsule 3 times daily.
Duration of treatment: 10–30 days;
if necessary, a repeat course of treatment may be undertaken after a one-month break.
Special instructions: Do not use the preparation for more than 3 months, as it may cause hepatic congestion.

Overdose: No cases of overdose have been reported.

Pregnancy and lactation: Use is permitted following consultation with a doctor.
Interactions with other medicinal products or other forms of interaction: Not studied.
