Dosage form: Syrup
Composition (per 130 g): Active substances: Valerian dry extract – 1.03 g; Lemon balm dry extract – 0.4 g; Peppermint tincture – 3.25 ml; Peppermint oil – 0.0052 ml.

Excipients: Sorbic acid or methylparaben, 96% ethyl alcohol, sugar syrup.
“Neosedi” contains a complex of biologically active substances: essential oils (menthol, borneol, borneol isovalerianate, isovaleric acid), flavonoids, triterpene saponins, valepotriates.
Valerian extract reduces the excitability of the central nervous system, induces relaxation of smooth muscles, and enhances the effects of hypnotic medicinal products.
Lemon balm extract has antispasmodic, sedative, and analgesic effects. It improves appetite and enhances gastric juice secretion.
Peppermint oil has antispasmodic and choleretic effects and regulates the functioning of the gastrointestinal tract.
Pharmacological action: “Neosedi” syrup has sedative, antispasmodic, and analgesic effects. It enhances inhibitory processes in the neurons of the cortical and subcortical structures of the brain, reduces reflex excitability in the central parts of the nervous system, prolongs the effects of hypnotic medicinal products, reflexively dilates cerebral blood vessels, relieves spasms of the smooth muscles of internal organs, enhances bile secretion, peristalsis, and digestive gland secretion, and has a mild antiseptic effect.
Lemon balm extract has antispasmodic, sedative, and analgesic effects. It improves appetite and enhances gastric juice secretion.
Indications: Used as an adjunct in complex therapy.

• Agitation, fear, tension;
• Promotes the onset of natural sleep;
• Migraine-like headaches;
• Neurogenic arrhythmias;
• Diseases of the liver and biliary tract;
• Disorders of the secretory function of the gastrointestinal tract;
• Meteorism, nausea.

Contraindications:
• Diabetes mellitus.
• Hypersensitivity to the components of the preparation.
• Children under 3 years of age.

Method of administration and dosage: Administered orally.
ბავშვებში 3-დან 7 წლამდე: 2,5მლ სიროფი(1/2 ჩაის კოვზი) 2_ჯერ დღეში ჭამის დროს, 
ბავშვებში 7-დან 11 წლამდე: 5მლ სიროფი(1 ჩაის კოვზი) 2-ჯერ დღეში ჭამის შემდეგ.
ბავშვებში 11-დან 14 წლამდე: 10მლ სიროფი(1დესერტის კოვზი) 2-ჯერ დღეში ჭამის შემდეგ
მოზრდილებში და ბავშვებში 15 წლიდან: 15მლ სიროფი(1 სუფრის კოვზი) 3–ჯერ დღეში ჭამის შემდეგ
მკურნალობის კურსის ხანგრძლივობა დგინდება ინდივიდუალურად ექიმის მიერ.
დოზის გამოტოვება: დოზის გამოტოვების შემთხვევაში არ შეიძლება გაორმაგებული დოზის მიღება. შემდგომი დოზის მიღება უნდა მოხდეს რაც შეიძლება მალე ან პირვანდელი სქემის მიხედვით.
დოზის გადაჭარბება: დიდი დოზებით ხანგრძლივად მიღებამ შესაძლებელია გამოიწვიოს ფსიქომოტორული რეაქციების სიჩქარის შემცირება.

Pregnancy and lactation: The medicinal product may be used during pregnancy and lactation as prescribed by a physician.
Effect on the ability to drive vehicles and operate machinery: Caution should be exercised when driving vehicles or operating machinery while taking the medicinal product, as it may affect the ability to concentrate and react quickly.
Precautions: The medicinal product should be administered with caution to patients with diabetes mellitus and during pregnancy and lactation.

Interaction with other medicinal products: It may be used concomitantly with other sedative medicinal products; it enhances the effects of hypnotic medicinal products and CNS depressants.
Special instructions: Prolonged use of the medicinal product at high doses may cause a decrease in the speed of psychomotor reactions. In this case, caution should be exercised when driving vehicles and operating machinery requiring concentration.

Shelf life: 3 years.
ვარგისიანობის ვადის ამოწურვის შემდეგ ან ვიზუალური დათვალიერებისას აღმოჩენილი დეფექტების შემთხვევაში პრეპარატის გამოყენება დაუშვებელია.

შენახვა: ინახება 15-25˚ჩ ტემპერატურის პირობებში, სინათლისაგან დაცულ და ბავშვებისთვის მიუწვდომელ ადგილზე.
