Instructions for use

Dosage form: Powder for preparation of a solution, in sachets – 7 g;
Pharmacological group: Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory and analgesic medicinal product of plant origin.
Composition per sachet:
Active substances: Lotus extract 0.04 g, Indian sarsaparilla extract 0.04 g, ginger extract 0.04 g, Terminalia chebula extract 0.04 g, Chinese rose extract 0.04 g, Damask rose extract 0.04 g, white eclipta extract 0.04 g, licorice extract 0.04 g, oak bark extract 0.02 g.
Excipients: Sugar, citric acid, sodium citrate, orange emulsion, light Aerosil, PEG 400.
Pharmacological action: Neosili Phyto is a combined non-steroidal anti-inflammatory agent. It possesses anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties.
Lotus extract (Nelumbo Nucifera Extract) is rich in flavonoids, alkaloids (neferine, nuciferine, lotusine), and other biologically active substances, which provide analgesic, antispasmodic, anti-inflammatory, and antipyretic effects. It reduces swelling and has a calming effect on the body. Through its antioxidant properties, it protects the body from harmful environmental effects.
Indian sarsaparilla extract (Hemidesmus Indicus Extract) contains unique phytosteroids, glycosides (parillin and sarsaparilloside), saponins (mainly steroidal saponins), flavonoids, and other biologically active substances that provide diuretic and anti-inflammatory effects. It reduces swelling and relieves muscle, joint, and headache pain. The biologically active substances contained in the extract promote the elimination of toxins from the body, including urea. It also possesses hepatoprotective properties.
Ginger extract (Zingiber Officinale Extract) contains a complex of biologically active substances that contribute to its anti-inflammatory activity. It has a beneficial effect on blood vessels, strengthening and cleansing their walls, enhances physical performance, and relieves muscle and joint pain. It is used as an adjunctive treatment for rheumatism, osteoarthritis, and arthritis.
Terminalia chebula extract (Terminalia Chebulae Extract) is rich in biologically active substances, including flavonoids, polysaccharides, anthocyanins, amino acids, and vitamins.
Chinese rose extract (Hibiscus Rosa-sinensis Extract) is rich in biologically active substances (flavonoids, polysaccharides, anthocyanins, amino acids, and vitamins). Through their combined action, it strengthens the walls of blood vessels and exerts choleretic, diuretic, anti-inflammatory, and antispasmodic effects. It also has a beneficial effect on the immune system.
Damask rose extract (Rosa Damascene Extract) is rich in biologically active substances (flavonoids, tannins, anthocyanins, amino acids, and vitamins). It has a beneficial effect on women’s health and relieves menstrual pain. It relieves nervous tension and improves psycho-emotional well-being.
White eclipta extract (Eclipta Alba Extract) contains a complex of biologically active substances (alkaloids, flavonoids, luteolin and apigenin, tannins), which contribute to its anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects. It relieves knee and lower back pain.
Licorice extract (Glycirrhiza glabra Extract) contains a complex of biologically active substances (glycyrrhizin and glycosides), which contribute to its anti-inflammatory and antispasmodic effects.
Oak extract (Quercus Infectoria Extract) is rich in tannins, which actively bind to proteins and form a protective barrier without irritating the tissues. Tannins are responsible for the extract’s anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects. Tannins reduce the absorption of toxins into the bloodstream. As natural antioxidants, the catechins contained in the extract protect the body from the harmful effects of free radicals.
Indications: Used as an adjunctive treatment as part of complex therapy
• Pain of various etiologies (headache, toothache);
• Diseases of the joints and muscles: osteoarthritis of various etiologies, including rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthrosis;
• Infectious and inflammatory diseases in otorhinolaryngology;
• Dysmenorrhea (painful menstruation);
• Febrile conditions (as part of combination therapy);
Contraindications:
• Hypersensitivity to any of the components of the medicinal product.
• Pregnancy and lactation;
• Children under 12 years of age;
Method of administration and dosage:
The contents of the sachet should be dissolved in one glass of water.
Dosage for adults: 1 sachet (0.34 g) twice daily after meals.
In elderly patients, dose selection and reduction should be determined by a physician, taking into account the patient’s condition.
“Neosili Phyto” is contraindicated in children under 12 years of age.
The medicinal product should be used for no longer than 15 days.
Side effects:
“Neosili Phyto” is generally well tolerated; however, the following adverse reactions may occur:
Gastrointestinal disorders: Epigastric discomfort, nausea, diarrhea.
Central nervous system disorders: Dizziness, headache, insomnia.
Allergic reactions: Skin rash, erythema, urticaria, itching.
Rarely observed: Oliguria associated with fluid retention and local tissue...
In case of adverse reactions, consultation with a physician and discontinuation of the medicinal product are necessary.
Precautions:
• Use of the medicinal product is not recommended during pregnancy and lactation.
• Contains sucrose; caution is advised in patients with severe forms of diabetes mellitus.
Overdose:
The following symptoms may occur in case of overdose: nausea, vomiting, drowsiness.
Treatment is symptomatic; gastric lavage and administration of activated charcoal are recommended.
Pregnancy and lactation:
Use of “Neosili Phyto” is not recommended during pregnancy and lactation.
Interaction with other medicinal products:
Caution should be exercised when “Neosili Phyto” is administered concomitantly with diuretics, antihypertensive medicinal products, hypoglycemic medicinal products, or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, as interactions may occur.
Packaging: 7 g of powder in one sachet. 10 sachets in a cardboard box.
Dispensing conditions: Pharmaceutical product group III – available without a physician’s prescription.
Shelf life: 3 years.
Storage conditions: Store at 15–25°C in a dry place, protected from light and out of the reach of children.
Do not use the medicinal product after the expiry date or if any defects are observed upon visual inspection.
