Neosil Phyto 20 Capsules

Dosage form: Capsules.

Pharmacological group: Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory and analgesic agent of plant origin.

Composition per capsule: Lotus extract – 0.06 g, Indian sarsaparilla extract – 0.06 g, ginger extract – 0.06 g, Terminalia chebula extract – 0.06 g, Chinese rose extract – 0.06 g, Damask rose extract – 0.06 g, white eclipta extract – 0.06 g, licorice extract – 0.06 g, oak bark extract – 0.03 g.

Pharmacological action: Neosili Phyto is a combined non-steroidal anti-inflammatory agent. It possesses anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties.

Lotus extract is rich in flavonoids, alkaloids (neferine, nuciferine, lotusine), and other biologically active substances, which provide analgesic, antispasmodic, anti-inflammatory, and antipyretic effects. It reduces swelling and has a calming effect on the body. Through its antioxidant properties, it protects the body from harmful environmental effects.
Indian sarsaparilla extract contains unique phytosteroids, glycosides (parillin and sarsaparilloside), saponins (mainly steroidal saponins), flavonoids, and other biologically active substances that provide diuretic and anti-inflammatory effects. It reduces swelling and alleviates muscle, joint, and headache pain. The biologically active substances contained in the extract promote the elimination of toxins from the body, including urea. It also possesses hepatoprotective properties.

Ginger extract contains a complex of biologically active substances that contribute to its anti-inflammatory activity. It has a beneficial effect on blood vessels, strengthening and cleansing their walls, enhances physical performance, and relieves muscle and joint pain. It is used as an adjunctive treatment for rheumatism, osteoarthritis, and arthritis.
Terminalia chebula extract is rich in biologically active substances, including flavonoids, polysaccharides, anthocyanins, amino acids, and vitamins.
Chinese rose extract is rich in biologically active substances (flavonoids, polysaccharides, anthocyanins, amino acids, and vitamins). Through their combined action, it strengthens the walls of blood vessels and exerts choleretic, diuretic, anti-inflammatory, and antispasmodic effects. It also has a beneficial effect on the immune system.

Damask rose extract is rich in biologically active substances (flavonoids, tannins, anthocyanins, amino acids, and vitamins). It has a beneficial effect on women's health and relieves menstrual pain. It alleviates nervous tension and improves one's psycho-emotional state.

White eclipta extract contains a complex of biologically active substances (alkaloids, flavonoids such as luteolin and apigenin, tannins, etc.), which contribute to its anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects. It relieves knee and lower back pain. Licorice extract contains a complex of biologically active substances (glycyrrhizin and glycosides), which contribute to its anti-inflammatory and antispasmodic effects. Oak extract is rich in tannins, which actively bind to proteins and form a protective barrier without irritating the tissues. Tannins are responsible for the extract’s anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects. Tannins reduce the absorption of toxins into the bloodstream. As natural antioxidants, the catechins contained in the extract protect the body from the harmful effects of free radicals. 

Indications: Used as an adjunctive treatment as part of complex therapy
• For pain of various etiologies (headache, toothache);
• Diseases of the joints and muscles: osteoarthritis of various etiologies, including rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthrosis;
• Infectious and inflammatory diseases in otorhinolaryngology;
• Dysmenorrhea (painful menstruation);
• Febrile conditions (as part of combination therapy);

Contraindications:
• Hypersensitivity to the components of the preparation.
• Pregnancy and lactation;
• Children under 12 years of age;

Administration and dosage:
Dosage for adults: 2 capsules 3 times daily after meals.
For elderly patients, the dosage is adjusted (reduced) by a physician based on the patient's condition.
"Neosil Phyto" is contraindicated in children under 12 years of age.
The preparation should be used for no more than 15 days.

Side effects:
“Neosil Phyto” is generally well-tolerated; however, the following may occur:
Gastrointestinal: epigastric discomfort, nausea, diarrhea.
CNS: dizziness, headache, insomnia.
Allergic reactions: skin rash, erythema, urticaria, itching.

If other side effects occur, it is necessary to consult a doctor and discontinue use of the medication.

Caution: 
•    Prescribing the drug is not recommended during pregnancy and lactation.

Overdose:
The following symptoms are observed in case of overdose: nausea, vomiting, drowsiness.
Treatment is symptomatic; gastric lavage and the administration of activated charcoal are advisable.

Pregnancy and lactation:
The use of "Neosil Phyto" during pregnancy and lactation is not recommended.

Interactions with other medicinal products:
Caution should be exercised when co-administering "Neosil Phyto" with diuretics, antihypertensive agents, hypoglycemic agents, or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), as interactions may occur.

Packaging: 10 capsules in a PVC/Alu blister.
2 blisters placed in a cardboard box along with the instructions.

Dispensing rules: Pharmaceutical product Group III – available without a doctor's prescription.

Shelf life: 3 years.

Storage conditions: Store at 15–25°C in a dry place, protected from light and out of the reach of children.

Do not use the product if the expiration date has passed or if defects are detected during visual inspection.
